		a quarter of an onion, you can use white or green onions

				Step by step
				
		
	
	Step 1
	
		 In a deep bowl or on a plate, chop the tomatoes into small pieces.
	 
	
 
	
	Step 2
	
		 Add the well-drained canned corn.
	 
	
 
	
	Step 3
	
		 Add the olives whole or sliced, and thin slices of onion.
	 
	
 
	
	Step 4
	
		 Mix in the olive oil and salt to taste. Stir well.
 You can also add some freshly ground black pepper or favorite herbs. I haven't added any now.
	 
	
 
	
	Step 5
	
		 Serve immediately as a simple meal for dinner or any occasion.
