Step 1
If you have fresh spinach, wash it and prepare it according to steps 1-7 of the Garlic Spinach Recipe. Then chop it, not very small.
If you use frozen spinach, you better choose uncooked spinach leaves - and use it directly from the bag.
Step 2
Finely chop the onion and fry it in a little oil.
Step 3
Add the spinach, mix well and let it penetrate for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Beat the eggs well with a fork.
Step 6
Stir periodically until eggs are fully cooked - about 5 minutes.
Suitable for salt.
Step 7
Serve the food hot, with a little grated cheese sprinkled on top.
It goes very well with a spoonful of yogurt next to it, like a kind of sauce.
