		In a bowl, mix the sunflower oil with the sugar until well combined.

		Add the peeled and diced oranges, chopped nuts (avoid overly fine pieces), jam, and cooled tea infusion.
Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

		Gradually add the white flour and baking powder. Mix carefully with a whisk, ensuring the batter is smooth and free of lumps. The consistency should resemble a thick cream.
	 
	
 
	
	Step 4
	
		Prepare a round baking tray (26-28 cm in diameter) by lining it with baking paper. 
Pour the batter into the tray and spread it evenly.
	 
	
 
	
	Step 5
	
		Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 40 minutes.
Perform the toothpick test to check if the cake is done. 
Allow the cake to cool completely before serving.

		Serve sprinkled with powdered sugar or topped with vegan icing or chocolate cream.
