Dear pie lovers, I present you a super recipe, besides the fact that it is made simple, fast, cheap, this bread rolls are extraordinarily tasty. From the tray you see in the picture, there is nothing effective left in half an hour. My husband was very disappointed that I made so little, so I recommend you make a double portion if there are more than 2-3 eaters in the house.
They are tender, a little puff pastry - someone asks me if they are made with puff pastry ... You can make them with any filling, with cabbage it is one of the most successful options. I quickly improvised and some with feta cheese, still very good.

If you choose to make cabbage pies, I recommend first of all to cook the cabbage in time, to have time to cool well.
So, in a frying pan, harden the onion, cut into scales, in a little oil.
When the onion starts to brown slightly, add the finely chopped cabbage.
Stir and let it simmer over medium-low heat.
When it browns, add salt and pepper to taste.
Do not forget to stir it periodically, turn off the heat when it is ready.
Mix water with oil and salt.
Add the flour and mix well with a spoon or spatula - the dough looks softer but without care, that's how it should be.
It is also a little more oily, as it only contains oil, but after you move it on the table sprinkled with flour and knead it for another half minute, it solves.
Let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
After this time, knead it a little more with flour and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Then cut into 12 uniform pieces.
Spread each piece, helping yourself with a little flour and facalet, in small rectangles.
Put the filling over, about 1 tablespoon, cabbage or cheese.
Now we start rolling them - tighten the edges and wrap.
Run tighter and evener.
In this way you make all 12 and arrange them in an oven tray. Grease with egg yolk and optionally sprinkle sesame or poppy seeds on top.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 35-40 minutes, until nicely browned.
Let them cool a bit.
Then enjoy with great pleasure.
