Easy Plum Clafoutis

Easy Plum Clafoutis

If you want a quick plum cake, which is made in three movements and eaten in one - I recommend this Plum Clafoutis recipe. It's not a fluffy cake, it's a kind of tart similar to pancakes, but more elastic and soft. The opinions were divided regarding the recipes for Cherry Clafoutis or Apple Clafoutis. Many liked the process, the simplicity, as well as the taste. Others have told me it's not to their liking, so it's up to preferences and expectations.

I'm a fan, no matter what. I like the texture and the fact that you can combine the fruits with this simple batter. Within an hour, your dessert is ready, everyone is happy and the cravings are satisfied!

Step 7

Carefully pour the batter over the plums in the pan.

Next time I will try to somehow pour the batter more under the plums, so that the plums on top will remain uncovered.
