In a deep pan, heat a little oil and sauté the finely chopped onion until it starts to brown.
Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Add the well-washed and drained spinach leaves.
Cook the spinach, stirring occasionally, until it changes color and reduces in volume. Remove the pan from heat and let it cool slightly.
In a bowl, combine 4 eggs and 1 teaspoon of salt using a whisk.
Add 150g of yogurt and 125ml of oil, mix well.
Incorporate 270g of flour and 10g of baking powder into the mixture, ensuring there are no lumps.
Fold in the cooked spinach using a spoon.
Gently mix in 150g of cubed feta cheese to avoid breaking the cheese.
Line a 30cm x 11cm baking tray with baking paper, pour in the batter, and level it with a spoon.
Bake the savory bread in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 45-50 minutes or until it is nicely browned.
Allow it to cool completely in the pan.
Remove the bread from the pan, slice, and serve.
