	Step 1
	
		Thoroughly wash the zucchini and grate using a medium-hole grater.

		Sprinkle half a teaspoon of salt over the grated zucchini, mix well, and set aside for 10 minutes to soften.
	 
	
 
	
	Step 3
	
		After 10 minutes, transfer the grated zucchini to a clean kitchen towel  and squeeze out excess water. You'll be surprised how much water is  removed!
	 
	
 
	
	Step 4
	
		In a large mixing bowl, combine the 4 eggs, milk, oil, drained zucchini,  and remaining half teaspoon of salt. Whisk everything together until  well incorporated.

		To this mixture, add the flour and baking powder. Mix until smooth and free of lumps.
	 
	
 
	
	Step 6
	
		Crumble the feta cheese and fold it into the dough.
	 
	
 
	
	Step 7
	
		Prepare a 26cm diameter baking tray lined with baking paper. Pour the  zucchini and cheese pie dough into the tray, smoothing the top with a  spoon.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 30-40 minutes.

		Once the pie is nicely browned, remove from the oven and allow it to cool completely before serving.
