Sweet corn and surimi salad

A very simple and tasty salad to prepare - it is very popular in our family for all holidays.

Ingredients

Egg
5 pieces
Surimi
200 g
Mayonnaise
200 g
Canned corn
400 g

Step by step

Prepare all salad ingredients - hard boil the eggs and peel them and defrost the surimi sticks.

Chop the eggs into small pieces.

Remove surimi sticks from plastic foils.

Chop them as well.

Mix the drained sweet corn, chopped eggs and surimi in a deep bowl.

Add the mayonnaise gradually while mixing the salad and check the composition so it's not too dry or too liquid.

Taste and add salt if needed

Serve it decorated with parsley or boiled egg yolk.
