Apple cider vinegar
130 ml
or classic vinegar
Garlic cloves
5 pieces
Whole black pepper
20 pieces
Salt
2 tsp
Sugar
3 tsp
Laurel leaves
6 pieces
Sunflower oil

Step by step

Step 1

Begin by thoroughly washing and cleaning the mushrooms. If small, keep them whole; if large, cut into quarters or halves.

Place them in a deep pan.

Peel and crush the garlic over the mushrooms. Add vinegar, oil, salt, sugar, and spices.

Place the pan on medium heat and cover with a lid.

Once boiling, reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
