Each piece of breast is washed well, cut into large fillets, about 4-5 parts each. Place in a medium-sized, shallow baking tray.
Cream is mixed with crushed garlic, salt and black pepper.
Grease the chicken pieces well with the sour cream sauce, then grate the cheese on top.
Leave the pan in the oven over medium heat until well browned - about 45-50 minutes.
Serve hot with a favorite garnish.
