Beat the soft butter with the sugar.
Then add the eggs one by one, mixing well after each one.
Followed by milk and sweet cream, mix well.
The flour is mixed with cocoa and baking powder.
Incorporate into the dough and mix well. It should be a thicker dough, if you take it with a spoon and pour it it keeps its shape a little.
Pour the dough into the tray lined with baking paper and put in the oven at medium temperature - about 40 -45 minutes then try it with a toothpick. If necessary, leave it in the oven for a little longer.
While the cake is baking, prepare the icing for it. In a bowl put chocolate, 20g butter and 50ml liquid cream.
Stir gently until the chocolate dissolves and mix all the ingredients. Then turn off the heat and allow to cool.
When the cake top is ready, remove it and let it cool well.
After it has cooled, pour the icing and spread it evenly over the entire surface. Refrigerate to harden.
Slice the cake (by the way, cut it very well) and enjoy it :)
