It is very easy to prepare, instead delicious and very chocolatey, I really didn't think I could make a cake with these ingredients.
It has a good texture, dense, intense cocoa taste - nuts and prunes give it the final note - color I will not say - my camera went crazy, I struggled and tickled it a lot until I caught at least a picture that brings to some extent its intense brown color.
Oh, and I forgot to tell you that in this cake the basic ingredient is semolina flour and I am very happy that the food can vary so well - even giving up some cholesterol.

Mix the semolina with sugar and vanilla essence, add water, mix and leave the whole composition for 2-3 hours - to swell the semolina well.
After this time add the oil, mix well with the whisk.
Then follow the cocoa passed through a sieve so that they are not lumpy. Mix well.
Add flour mixed with baking powder and passed through a sieve, mix well.
And the last ones are plums and walnuts. You should get a dough like a thicker, but flowing cream - when you pour it with a spoon, it lasts 2-3 seconds.
Spread a cake pan with baking paper and pour the dough into the pan. Put in the oven heated to 180-200 degrees - for 40-45 minutes until the toothpick test passes.
Here the cake is ready, after removing it from the oven, leave it in the pan for 10 minutes.
Then gently turn it over on its bottom and set aside for another 15 minutes. After this time, put it normally on a bottom and let it cool completely.
Careful! If you cut it hot, it crumbles, cold it cuts perfectly.
And here the much tormented picture, I really don't understand how the camera couldn't show its original color at all - it kept making me a horrible redhead who wasn't the color of the cake at all.
