At the request of those who were at the workshop, I also put this cold and raw soup recipe on the site - very refreshing and delicious. Many squinted when they heard about it and even when we were preparing it in the workshop - then when they got to taste it (very carefully :) they were very impressed and ecstatic.
Even my husband has it on his list of favorites - it is very refreshing, a little spicy, it is suitable even for the most capricious in food.
I saw the recipe in Victoria Butenko's book, a very well-known person in the raw kitchen - if you have the opportunity to find something on the net with her recipes, I recommend you do it. It has very good, simple and affordable recipes.

In a blender (mine has a power of 1000W) - pour water, put lemon juice, salt, peeled ginger, dates and oil.
Then prepare the vegetables - the pan, the celery, half the pepper and optionally the larch.
Add these to the blender - don't forget to leave a few parsley threads for decoration.
Blend the composition well - about 5 minutes at maximum power.
Put this composition in a bowl - this will be the base of the soup, very fragrant and with a beautiful green color.
Now we prepare the ingredients to make the soup more consistent and full of vitamins.
Wash, clean the rest of the vegetables.
Peel a squash, grate it and add it to the base of the soup.
Avocado is cut into cubes and goes there.
The rest of the vegetables - half the peppers, the carrot and the radish, you can cut them into small pieces, grate them or, like me, grind them in a robot.
Add them to the soup, mix, season with salt and sour - to taste if needed.
And the soup is ready - serve it in a large bowl decorated with pieces of peppers, greens, tomatoes, etc.
And then in small bowls, individually.
Very good, I'm sure you'll like it - although at first glance the ingredients seem strange and would not combine well.
