I had saved the recipe on the "try" list a long time ago, and today I really had a craving for something good but I didn't even want to complicate it with complicated and heavy cakes. Usually I have many recipes waiting to be posted on the site, this is in the category of those to be presented immediately - they turned out so good, fragrant, fluffy and tender that it is worth making them as soon as possible.
There are also raisins in the recipe, I forgot them - you can add them according to your preferences.

In a bowl beat eggs, add sugar, vanilla and oil - mix well.
Add whipped milk, oatmeal and optionally raisins - stir and set aside for 5-10 minutes.
In another bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients - flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, bark and optionally nutmeg.
Add this mixture to the first liquid composition - mix well, but don't insist too much - just incorporate the ingredients.
Heat a non-stick pan well and bake the dough with a spoon. Make them over medium heat, so that they do not brown too quickly.
Notice that after 2-3 minutes air bubbles start to come out and small holes are made in the pancakes.
Bake them well on both sides.
And then take them out on a plate to cool.
That's how you make them all, they are served hot with any jam you like.
We put honey and dried cherries :)
Good appetite!
