Although it looks like a cake, it has more of a dense and flavorful texture like gingerbread. I really liked the idea of the dough, it came out perfectly, although I was skeptical until I took it out of the oven. It has a very pleasant aroma of bananas and honey, and the jam gives it the final note.
Be sure to try it, you can't even put jam, it will be good without it.

Thoroughly mix the bananas with a blender.
Mix the banana puree with honey, oil, sugar, vanilla and baking soda (it should not be replaced with baking powder).
At the end, add the flour and mix with a whisk or mixer so that they are not lumpy.
The dough comes out thick and dense.
Pour it into a round shape, spread with baking paper, about 28-30 cm in diameter.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 25-30 minutes, until brown.
Allow to cool well.
Then cut it in half with a longer knife.
Grease with merciless jam.
Cover with the other half of the countertop, let the jam penetrate a little.
Optionally you can garnish with powdered sugar.
And here's a delicious section.
