In fact, it is a simple chocolate / cocoa cake, the German origin being called "kuchen". I really liked the recipe because it is made simple, fast and from handy products, I prepared the recipe in the country, where it is harder for me to adapt to my mother's conditions and cuisine - but how simple it is to prepare the whole process was really perfect.
It is so soft, tender and fluffy, the soft and fragrant glaze gives it a very good note, I was a little skeptical here but I really had no reason.

In a bowl beat eggs, add sugar and vanilla essence - mix well with the mixer.
Then, while mixing, add the oil gradually.
Add the milk as well.
Add cocoa and mix well.
Pour a glass of this composition and set aside.
In the rest of the composition add flour and baking powder - mix well.
Pour the dough into a form with removable walls - 28cm in diameter for me.
Put it in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
If you think it is a little brown, reduce the power of the oven to 150 degrees.
In about 30-35 minutes, check the cake with the toothpick, if it is ready, pour the cocoa icing left aside before.
Put the tray in the oven for another 10 minutes.
After this time, remove the tray from the oven and let it cool completely.
Slice and serve with great pleasure!
