Choose 6 pears of the same size and wash them. I left the tails, they look more exotic when I'm ready.
Peel the pears carefully, remove the stem and squeeze the lemon over it so that it does not turn black.
Meanwhile, mix the wine, sugar and cinnamon and bring to a boil. Let it boil for 5 minutes on low heat.
Put the pears in the wine and let it simmer for 15 minutes until soft.
If the wine does not completely cover the pears, add a little water or turn them over while boiling.
After boiling, carefully remove to a plate and allow to cool.
Prepare the whipped cream.
Each pear is placed on a plate. If it doesn't fit well, cut it at the bottom.
Garnish with whipped cream with a bag of confectionery. If you don't have one, use a simpler, stronger bag that you cut at the corner.
Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.
The wine in which the pears were boiled is left to simmer for another 15 minutes, until a concentrated syrup is made.
It cools well.
Before serving the pears, pour the wine syrup over the whipped cream.
Good appetite!
