Ingredients

Plums

Sugar
140 g
70g for the fruit + 70g for the dough
White flour
70 g
Oat flakes
70 g
Butter
70 g
+ 1 teaspoon of butter for greasing the tray
Cinnamon powder
1 tsp
Ground cardamon
0.5 tsp
optional
Vanilla Extract
1 tbsp
Lemon juice
2 tbsp
Salt
0.5 tsp

Step by step

Pit and chop the plums into halves or quarters.

Toss them with 70g of sugar, cinnamon, vanilla extract, cardamom, and a pinch of salt.

Grease your baking tray with a teaspoon of butter, add the seasoned plum mixture, and drizzle with lemon juice.

In a separate bowl, grate the cold butter.

Mix in 70g of sugar, rolled oats, flour, and a teaspoon of salt.

Blend these ingredients well using a spoon until they start to clump together.

Evenly sprinkle this mixture over the plums and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 35-40 minutes.

Allow the crumble to cool for about an hour after taking it out of the oven.
