Try not to replace salted cheese (old, well drained) with other cheese, it will be good anyway, but it seems that the old one feels better in combination with spinach.

In a bowl, mix the milk with the eggs and the oil.
Add flour, salt and baking powder - mix well with a whisk so they are not lumpy.
You should get a dough like thick cream.
Pruned and drained spinach cut a little - do not chop it too small.

Add it to the dough, as well as the cheese crushed a little with a fork or your fingers.
Mix slowly with a spatula.
Pour the dough into a round shape (spread with baking paper) - mine was 28 cm in diameter and silicone, I did not put baking paper.
