Peel and wash the potatoes.
Then cut them into medium pieces (each potato in 4), put in a saucepan and pour enough water to cover them well.
For a better taste you can put a piece of onion to boil together with the potatoes.
Put them to boil, when they start to boil, turn down the heat and leave for about 40 minutes.
When they are ready, drain the water in which they boiled, add the butter and salt.
Mash the potatoes with cream until it has no lumps, it has a uniform consistency and you want (more liquid or thicker).
And to make the fluffy puree - beat it well for 1-2 minutes with a mixer at high speed. I recommend you try it, it's worth the effort :)
