Cut the eggplant into slices, about 1 cm thick, sprinkle with salt and leave for 15 minutes to leave their juice.
Meanwhile, prepare the cheese sauce. Grate the cheese through a small grater.
In the mixer bowl put all the ingredients - cheese, cheese, garlic, milk, oil, salt and greens. Mix well until it becomes a paste. But know, if you don't have a blender, it's enough to mix them well.

Take a piece of foil (calculate one that covers the whole composition), put a round of eggplant on it, wiped of the juice it leaves. Grease it with cheese sauce.
Then put a slice of tomato on it, grease it with cheese.
Repeat the procedure once more, the last one will be a piece of eggplant. So there are 3 rounds of eggplant and 2 rounds of tomatoes.
Wrap the whole composition well with aluminum foil.
In this way, make all the eggplants and tomatoes, put them in a tray and bake them at 180-200 degrees for about 40-60 minutes.
Serve them with some greens at any favorite garnish.
They are good and cold and warm.
