An unexpectedly good cake, I made it more for experimentation - I didn't really think that something good came out of so few ingredients. It is aromatic (apple and cinnamon aroma), a little moist, very consistent and vitamin due to raisins and walnuts (very good during fasting). A first indicator that it is good, my little girl ate it very well, my heart kept growing with each bite :)
The apple compote is not just any, it would be good to prepare the one in the recipe (it is made quickly in 15 minutes), although I think you can try one with a homemade jar.

First prepare the compote:
- put 400 ml of boiling water with 1 tablespoon of sugar and 1 apple cut into small slices.
- when it starts to boil, turn the heat to low and let it boil for 5 minutes
- then put out the fire and let it penetrate for 15 minutes.
Until the compote is prepared and penetrates, prepare the raisins and walnuts.
Rinse the raisins well with water, cut the walnuts into small pieces.
Then measure 250ml of compote (only compote, without apples) and pour it into the bowl where the cake dough will be prepared.
Add 160g of sugar and mix well until completely dissolved.
Next, 100ml of oil, mix a little with a spoon.
Then add the flour, mixed with baking powder and cinnamon. Mix well with a whisk or mixer so that they are not lumpy.
And the last ones are raisins and walnuts, mix well.
Pour the dough into a cake pan lined with baking paper.
Put in the oven at 180 degrees - an average temperature in the ovens without temperature - for 40 minutes, but in principle take care of it - until it browns and passes the toothpick test.
It will crack a little, don't worry like that and you have to. Remove from the oven when ready and leave in the pan for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, take it out of the tray and let it cool well.
Then powder it with powdered sugar and serve with your favorite drink - tea, milk, coffee ....
It is very good and healthy, I really recommend it.
