Easy Homemade Chocolate Fudge

Easy Homemade Chocolate Fudge

This beloved traditional dessert has been a challenge for me, as most recipes resulted in fudge that was either too hard or too soft. After much experimentation, I discovered a recipe that yields the perfect consistency and is never dry.

With its simple preparation, this homemade chocolate fudge offers a healthier dessert option for your children. I recommend this recipe with confidence!

350 g

Water
100 ml

Powdered milk
250 g

Cacao powder
40 g

Food flavours
1 piece
Vanilla, coffee, rum - whatever you like

or hazelnuts, raisins, etc.

Step by step

Step 2

Once the sugar has fully dissolved and the mixture begins to boil, reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 5 minutes. This timing is crucial; less time will result in very soft fudge, while more time will make it too hard and dry.
