		+ vinegar, if you want (I don't use it, I think the juice from the tomatoes is enough to give the right aroma and taste)

	Step 1
	
		Wash the zucchinis, cut into rounds (about 3mm thick) and cook on a stovetop grill.
	 
	
 
	
	Step 2
	
		Let the zucchinis cool, then transfer to a deep bowl, the one in which you'll make the salad.
	 
	
 
	
	Step 3
	
		Wash the tomatoes and cut into thick and beautiful slices. Add to the zucchinis.
	 
	
 
	
	Step 4
	
		Add salt and oil, mix well.
	 
	
 
	
	Step 5
	
		I moved the salad to a nicer plate, then I put on top the onion and the Telemea cheese.
Or you can just mix them all together.

		Serve immediately and with great pleasure :)
