				Step by step

	Step 1

Separate the egg whites from the yolks.

	Step 2

Beat the egg whites, when they increase in volume 3 times and harden, add a little sugar. Beat everything until the foam becomes thick and if you turn the bowl upside down, the egg whites will not flow.

	Step 3

Then add the yolks one by one, after each mix the composition well.

	Step 4

Put an envelope of Chocolate Ole cream over the egg white composition, mix well.

	Step 5

Wallpaper a cake tin with baking paper, in which you pour the dough evenly.

	Step 6

After baking, 20-30 minutes at maximum temp, press the top with your finger, if the depression disappears immediately, it means that it is baked. Leave to cool.

	Step 7

Prepare the vanilla cream with a sachet of vanilla oil cream + 220 ml milk + 200 ml whipped cream - mix everything well with the mixer, until the cream thickens well.

	Step 8

Spread vanilla cream evenly over the chocolate top, then prepare the chocolate cream as well.
It is spread over the first layer of cream.

	Step 9

With a knife, shape the chocolate cream round and straight. You can leave it in the cold before glazing it, but the cream does not harden too much. So we will continue without putting it in the cold.

	Step 10

I recommend putting the countertop before greasing it with cream on a grill (I used the one in the microwave).
Under the grill I spread some baking paper, so I can easily pour the icing, which you can recycle afterwards.
Prepare the icing: Put 2 tablespoons of water in a small saucepan, when it starts to boil, add the sugar and mix with a spoon until it melts. Then pour 2 tablespoons of liqueur or brandy and broken chocolate pieces - stir until the chocolate melts. Add the butter, let it melt - mix well to blend the composition and remove from the heat. Allow to cool to room temperature.
Prepare the double amount of icing, to spread it lightly over the surface of the cake, without leaving ugly marks on the cake. Pour the icing and carefully spread it with a knife.

	Step 11

Place the cake grill on a plate and let it cool for 2-3 hours to harden the icing

	Step 12

After the cake has cooled, carefully place it on the plate on the grill. Decorate it as you like, I used the chocolate pieces.

	Step 13

Here's the cake in the section, I hope I made you want it :)
 Good appetite!
